Who can use the academy?
The academy is available for all VCare users and is free of charge with any standard VCare licence.
Do assigned courses have a time limit?
No. Complete courses at your own pace. Start courses now and finish them when you are confident with the course content.
What do I get for completing a course?
Each course gives you a certificate which you can use to show you have completed a course.
How long does a certificate last for?
A certificate expires after 2 years, after which you will have to redo the course.
